Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Chicken breast is served a lot in my house. It’s easy on the wallet, simple to make, and taste amazing. I baked mine on a baking sheet but this would work great as one pan meal. Toss on some raw veggies and diced potatoes to cook along with it. You will need to dip the chicken in three separate shallow bowls. One with flour, then into the eggs, and last the parmesan bread crumbs. It’s so simple to make and you are going to love it.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • nonstick cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Start by pounding chicken to flatten. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 
  2. Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and then place in a shallow bowl. Whisked together eggs in a separate shallow bowl. In the last shallow bowl whisk together flour, salt, and pepper.
